I am going to stop changing theses grids every month. Here are some of the things I am focusing on everyday

Listening to my inner wisdom and being present. If I am lulled into thoughts of the past or the future, remind myself to bring my focus back to the present moment.

I am reading four books to support the work I am doing in my RUHCUS

Write daily, even if only for a minute.

Walk outside as many days a week as possible, weather permitting or if weather is awful move in some way inside

Express what I am feeling, in the moment, even if I am scarred to death

Be still and allow myself to heal
